Space 47 logo receives national design award
The Space 47 logo, designed by Joe Miller, is featured in Print magazine's Regional Design Annual 2008, a survey of the best work in graphic design from the United States during the last year.
Space 47 logo in upcoming book
The logo will be featured in the upcoming book LogoLounge: Master Library, Volume 1, due out January 2010 from Rockport Publishers.

Stay Gold: New works by
Shizu Saldamando

Stay Gold is taken from the 1923 Robert Frost Poem, and used so eloquently by Johnny in the S. E. Hinton novel, and later 1980’s teen social drama The Outsiders. Stay Gold becomes a plea for optimism in an otherwise bleak social context, and the gold leaf among various collage elements becomes a glorifying context of self-affirmation that underlines an uneasy and artificial disconnect. Saldamando lives and works in Los Angeles, CA.
